U3A Painting & Drawing

The Painting & Drawing Group welcomes everyone, regardless of ability, even beginners.
We are a very sociable group who enjoy working together and chatting about what we are doing. Some of us are beginners, some have been painting for many years, some belong to regular art classes, some just value this monthly opportunity to begin or develop a picture.

Activities

We choose a different theme each month, ranging from seasonal to still life, landscape to floral, with the occasional “free” session such as Think Large, Let yourself go, Extending the Theme, but anyone can work on their own if they wish.
We bring our own materials; water and tables are available and there is a tea break, when we admire each other’s work and chat about painting and drawing.
Venue: United Reform Church Hall
