National Trust Beaconsfield Centre

We are a thriving and friendly group, founded in 1971 to promote and support the work of the National Trust although our closest links are with our local properties; namely Cliveden and Hughenden.

Activities

We publish a quarterly Newsletter which provides details of forthcoming events and includes booking forms for the various social events and outings.

During the winter months we arrange illustrated talks by guest speakers, followed by refreshments.

In the warmer months we offer an extensive programme of coach outings to places of historic or cultural interest. By participating in these events, you will be helping us to raise valuable funds towards the work of the National Trust.

We hold a festive New Year lunch in January each year and a coffee morning in July, to which new members are especially welcome. There are occasional theatre trips and an annual UK holiday is usually the highlight of our year.

In 2022 we will be celebrating our 50th Anniversary with a special event. This should have been in March 2021 but could not be held then due to Covid-19 restrictions.
