Some people in Bucks are being offered vaccines in Slough from next week - remember you can wait for a local/GP vaccine if you are not able to access transport.From Tomorrow, if you are over 80 and within 45 minutes of Salt Hill, Slough, you may receive a letter to book your vaccine there from Monday.![]()
From Tuesday, if you are between 75-79, and within 60 miles of Salt Hill, Slough, you may receive a letter inviting you to book your vaccine.![]()
Please note, not everyone will receive their letters on the first day.![]()
You will have a choice of sites that are live, or community pharmacies as they are prepared.![]()
However, if they would prefer to wait, all patients in this age range will be offered an appointment at a local vaccination centre in Bucks through their GP practice by the end of January.![]()

Sunrise in Beaconsfield is launching a monthly "virtual” Reminiscence Café for people, family and friends living with Dementia. The Reminiscence Café aims to bring people together in a safe supportive environment to share stories, ideas and meet new friends.
This virtual event will run monthly, starting on Thursday 21st January 3-4pm via Zoom and we would love to meet you, via the Zoom, until such times as we can meet in person again.
